On-Site Kitchen Rentals Ltd understand how important privacy is.

This statement has been produced to give you assurances about what we do with the information we ask you for, how and where that information is held by us; and what you can do if you want us to remove your details from our records.

It may be updated from time to time when the law changes.

The information we collect and why

When you contact us we only ask you for the information we need to deal properly with your enquiry and make sure any orders from you are dealt with smoothly and efficiently.

You'll often see this referred to as 'Personal Data'. This covers things like; your name, address, contact number, email address. If you are contacting us on behalf of a company we'll ask for your position in the company.

How safe is it though?

All the information you give us is held on a database with access strictly limited to relevant members of staff. The database is hosted on a secure server.

None of the information you give us is shared with anyone or passed onto or sold to third parties.

How long do you keep my details?

Generally though, we keep your details on our database, unless of course you tell us you are no longer interested in our products, or we find that the information we have is out of date.

Visiting our website

We use Google Analytics on our website.

You'll see when you complete our Enquiry Form we're asking you for permission to store your 'data'. This is new and as a result of the changes brought about by the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (the GDPR).

This hasn't changed how we handle your information. It's more to do with making sure YOU know your rights and that we ask your permission to hold your information, and include you in mailing lists in the future. Things like that.

Keeping in touch

We know from experience how annoying it is to get a mail box full of flyers you don't want or need and haven't asked for. This is the main reason we don't send out newsletters very often.

If we've had a big change, or introduced a new product we're really proud of, or we've got some offers, then we'll share that with you. Otherwise - you know where we are.
