On-Site Kitchen Rentals Ltd provided two of their specialised Sprinter trailer kitchens, carefully selected and configured with catering equipment to meet Bupa's unique needs:

Production Kitchen Trailer:
This trailer was fully equipped to handle high-volume meal production. It included commercial-grade cooking appliances, refrigeration, and ample workspace, ensuring that the Bupa team could prepare meals efficiently and safely.
Preparation Kitchen Trailer:
The second trailer was dedicated to meal preparation. It featured extensive counter space, refrigeration, and storage facilities as well as small dishwash facilities and a back-up Rational combination oven enabling the kitchen staff to manage food preparation, including special dietary requirements, with ease.

Execution

Delivery and Setup
The two trailer kitchens were delivered and positioned with precision in the limited space available at the site. Our team coordinated with Bupa's facilities management to ensure a seamless installation, minimising disruption to the care home's daily operations.
Custom Configuration
Each trailer was configured to match Bupa's kitchen workflow, with the layout tailored to optimise efficiency and maintain the high standards of food safety required in a care home environment.
Support and Maintenance
Throughout the 4-week project, On-Site Kitchen Rentals Ltd provided ongoing support, including regular performance checks to ensure the kitchens operated smoothly. We also remained on standby to address any issues promptly, ensuring continuous operation.
