While refurbishment works were underway, On-Site Kitchen Rentals Ltd was appointed to supply and manage a complete temporary catering solution, ensuring that Brainkind's kitchen operations continued seamlessly throughout the construction period.

To maintain consistent catering operations, we designed and installed a fully equipped temporary kitchen and dishwashing facility, supported by walk-in refrigeration units to handle chilled and frozen storage requirements.
Power for the installation was provided via temporary generators, which we sourced, installed, and managed through trusted power contractors.
To improve efficiency and sustainability, we implemented a battery backup system, allowing the generators to be switched off overnight while maintaining uninterrupted power to critical refrigeration equipment.
