Conference Police Catering

This sizeable installation provided kitchen, dining and briefing facilities for Greater Manchester Police during a Conservative Party Conference.

It was built to feed 3000 officers (working in shifts) on a daily basis during their policing of the event.

At the centre was a large Marquee split into a dining and briefing area, both capable of comfortably holding 500+ officers.

Surrounding it were Maxi preparation, production and dishwash kitchens, along with storage and dedicated Refrigeration containers.

All units were connected by weatherproof enclosed delivery corridors to ensure smooth running.
