Top Range has measurements of 850x900x850mm. It is a free standing
2/1 - GN oven burner in stainless steel using 8000 kcal gas.
The power requirements are 19000 kcal/hour and 22,1 kW. Consists
of cast iron burner with firebrick protection ensuring even
heat distribution, solid top on the worktop, open hobs with
safety valve and thermocouples and Piezoelectric burner ignition.
Thermostatic control: 130oC - 350oC.
