capacity. Power Requirements: 34400kcal/hour and 40kW. Made
in stainless steel. Main switch has 5 working functions: Convection,
steam, mixed, steam low temperature and regeneration. It also
contains an electronic thermostat temperature control with display,
safety thermostat, gas generator built in for steam production,
frequency modulation for the convection burner, sparking plug
ignition and motor chimney. It also contains a stainless steel
burner with electronic control and display and a door with folding
interior glass. Built in: Removable grease filter, shower tap
for cleaning and core probe with electronic control and display.
